To coordinate the Flag State Inspection in a port of convenience shipowners and/or operator shall send an email to [email protected] containing the below information

• Vessel name
• IMO
• Call Sign
• Vessels rotation (three calling ports)
• Estimated Time of Arrival
• Local agent contact details

The coordination of Flag State Inspection through our office assures that they will be performed with professionalism in a timely matter and with the minimum possibility of burden to vessels crew, shipowners and/or operators.
